The only negative was we didn't have a lot of time to visit the Missouri due to the fact that some people arrived back later than the allotted time which then had a knock on effect on our time on the ship but other than that a great experience.”

Here in Honolulu they got it a little better. The address listed was only about 700 yards away from the actual pick up spot. The phone number to call for a contact went to a hotel and they had no idea what I was talking about. Viator pawned off our trip to a third party. This third party guide contacted us and thankfully we were able to find their location. Viator needs to update their website…”
